PHYS 111
The laboratory course offered during the fall semester within the General Physics curriculum is designated as PHYS 111. The course is conducted for two hours per week in coordination across all departments. Students are expected to review and comprehend the general information regarding the laboratory sessions provided in this document.
Since the PHYS 111 laboratory course is sectioned by department, students must initially register for the section designated for their respective major. However, repeating students who experience a schedule conflict with their department’s assigned section may select any section that fits their schedule. The weekly schedule for PHYS 111 is announced at the beginning of the semester.
Dedicated course channels for each section are established on Microsoft Teams at the beginning of the semester for PHYS 111 courses. Students are required to join the channel corresponding to their registered section and monitor all announcements posted through it.
